These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Acquilink's marketing site at acquilink.com and the product application at app.acquilink.com (the "Service"), operated by Acquilink, Inc. ("Acquilink", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your credentials. Keep your password and any connected-service tokens secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Do not send spam, malware, phishing, or other abusive content through the Service or via connected providers such as Gmail.
- Comply with the terms of every third-party service you connect, including Google, DocuSign, and Postmark.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant Acquilink a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you and your collaborators.
Connected services
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Gmail, DocuSign, and Postmark. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Acquilink is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective renewal terms with reasonable notice.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued access creates legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle remaining data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acquilink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to Acquilink in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
